Convicted murderer Rashidah Elahi, worked as a case manager at the Center for Hope CFH. The Emergency Housing Standards policy (section 4.2 and sections 4.3 b) looks like it prohibits this. Malcolm Ingram was the UAC attorney on the EEOC claim.
And now Hiscox is making an EEOC claim public record as well!
Everybody knows damn well the programmer first filed an EEOC complaint against The Hierarchy.
Jacques Latoison successfully argued before the EEOC that the programmer’s employer was UAC – not The Hierarchy.
The EEOC closed that charge and instructed the programmer to file a new complaint against UAC, the proper respondent.
Malcolm Ingram then lost his argument that UAC was not her employer.
