This matter concerns a nonprofit executive who fabricated evidence to falsely charge multiple innocent individuals with horrific crimes — crimes which he himself was committing.
These acts included distributing pornography to children for his own sexual gratification.
An accomplice, a close associate of the nonprofit director, helped raise funds for the nonprofit under the guise of fake causes for disabled children, like $200,000 for a horse riding facility for disabled kids that did not exist, and forced disabled children to watch the slow killing of a dog, despite the children crying to stop the animal abuse.
The nonprofit director created fake Facebook profiles and websites impersonating others to have them charged with stalking and harassment.
One was doxed as a prostitute soliciting sex and sending men to her home; she received hundreds of pornographic text messages and threats to her safety, resulting in her being sexually assaulted and beaten.
Cars, license plates, DOB, address, phone numbers, and family members’ information were posted on Facebook and on websites, urging harm to be done to them.

The charges below were filed against many innocent people by the unhinged nonprofit executive. Hundreds of bogus charges.

We have credible information that a disabled mother, who was hospitalized for her disabilities, working her hardest to provide for her Down Syndrome son, is injured on the job at SELF UAC. UAC legal accused the worker’s doctor of exaggerating the injury. Reportedly, UAC determined that when she returns to work, she was not permitted to take “any time to care for her Down Syndrome” child or drive him to school.

Arun Prabhakaran’s Friend Danielle Newsome on Prosecuting Wage Theft
Arun Prabhakaran reportedly leveraged his brief role in the DA’s office and his influence as a UAC executive to solicit a pro bono attorney, aiming to ensure that outreach workers, who are compensated with stipends (IRS: day laborers), receive their payments in cash on the same day.
However, when UAC’s executive team confirmed that their number one vendor refused to issue 1099s or W-2s and had stolen paychecks and hundreds of hours of labor and overtime from UAC’s programmer, Arun took no action.
Why the hell is Arun advocating paying workers same-day?
