Meanwhile, when someone is falsely arrested to shield a nonprofit director sending children pornography to feed his twisted fetish, and a dog tortured and killed in front of disabled kids. The same individual was falsely charged when she reported forced prostitution and a cocaine ring operating with taxpayer dollars. The operation was exposed, and the drug dealers who cooperated were executed. These UAC executives are condemning her actions. This is moral bankruptcy.

How is it legal to run what amounts to a ban the box violation, running a background check without permission, assuming an applicant will be found guilty because charges have been filed?

Did UAC sue Saul Davis Zlatkovsky for calling out the executives’ lack of ethics? Zlatkovsky said UAC seems to avoid any sort of due diligence.

This matter concerns a nonprofit executive who fabricated evidence to falsely charge multiple innocent individuals with horrific crimes — crimes which he himself was committing.
These acts included distributing pornography to children for his own sexual gratification.
An accomplice, a close associate of the nonprofit director, helped raise funds for the nonprofit under the guise of fake causes for disabled children, like $200,000 for a horse riding facility for disabled kids that did not exist, and forced disabled children to watch the slow killing of a dog, despite the children crying to stop the animal abuse.
The nonprofit director created fake Facebook profiles and websites impersonating others to have them charged with stalking and harassment.
One was doxed as a prostitute soliciting sex and sending men to her home; she received hundreds of pornographic text messages and threats to her safety, resulting in her being sexually assaulted and beaten.
Cars, license plates, DOB, address, phone numbers, and family members’ information were posted on Facebook and on websites, urging harm to be done to them.

People Falsely Charged & Found Guilty

The charges below were filed against many innocent people by the unhinged nonprofit executive. Hundreds of bogus charges.
These people were all found guilty.
Now the truth has come out: a psycho nonprofit director created fake Facebook profiles and websites impersonating others!
These people lost custody of their children, lost their jobs, their businesses, and their homes.

The Down Syndrome Boy

We have credible information that a disabled mother, who was hospitalized for her disabilities, working her hardest to provide for her Down Syndrome son, is injured on the job at SELF UAC. UAC legal accused the worker’s doctor of exaggerating the injury. Reportedly, UAC determined that when she returns to work, she was not permitted to take “any time to care for her Down Syndrome” child or drive him to school.
But it seems the real issue may have been the mother had filed a lawsuit against the city for failure to provide transportation for her son. They rode her ass with petty shit until they could fire her.

Is UAC admitting that they are responsible for paying me for the databases they are using? Unless UAC’s legal counsel is representing Jacques Latoison, the embezzler and deadbeat child support dad, and Carlos Jones, the fake UAC employee.

Is this all UAC’s legal counsel can come up with to challenge my credibility? I have fabricated NOTHING. They submitted this to the court! This is not a fabrication; one piece of evidence is a screenshot of an email from my RDP desktop, and the other is the actual email itself. Carlos Jones specifically instructed me to download all the databases because he feared the embezzler would destroy them. Fortunately, I followed his advice, as the embezzler ended up deleting some of the databases. I was able to assist with the recovery, even though I wasn’t compensated for the work. UAC legal counsel states that UAC does not have a policy prohibiting it from hiring applicants with criminal convictions. “In fact, it does not have a policy on this issue at all.”

Arun Prabhakaran’s Friend Danielle Newsome on Prosecuting Wage Theft

Arun Prabhakaran reportedly leveraged his brief role in the DA’s office and his influence as a UAC executive to solicit a pro bono attorney, aiming to ensure that outreach workers, who are compensated with stipends (IRS: day laborers), receive their payments in cash on the same day.
However, when UAC’s executive team confirmed that their number one vendor refused to issue 1099s or W-2s and had stolen paychecks and hundreds of hours of labor and overtime from UAC’s programmer, Arun took no action.

Why the hell is Arun advocating paying workers same-day?
What about those owing child support?
Are some of these workers undocumented? 🧊🧊

The Hierarchy and its legal counsel, Cohen Seglias, stated that the victim stole insurance provider information.
Outrageous – the insurance information is public record.

The Hierarchy said that the victim admitted copying databases and files from The Hierarchy without authorization.
That is a lie.
I never said that, nor would any developer with 20+ years in the industry do that.
I have received hundreds of emails from Lying Latoison, fake UAC executive Carlos Jones and his staff, TURN, and the CARES Act $1M swindlers, all directing me to copy files, databases, and websites.
There was NO caveat in any agreement forbidding copy databases.

There is no mention of copying databases to work locally in any “The Hierarchy” agreements. “The Hierarchy” does not provide the hardware or software to do the work for UAC.
His “college youth” and family members, whom he pays under the table, with no NDAs and admin passwords, do the same.
The Hierarchy is still running MS Office 2016 32-bit and has no web development platform or place to publish websites.

Malcolm Ingram lied to the court, saying this website was published in late 2024 as a retaliatory act when the EEOC issued a right-to-sue letter. UAC management was notified of this website on September 22, 2023.
The UAC accounting firm that signs its 990 was sent the link to this website in November 2023. Ross Feller Casey was also sent the link to this website 11/2023; we think a UAC Board member might work for that law firm.
This website is not a retaliatory act; perhaps the UAC SLAPP lawsuit is the retaliatory act.
