Philadelphia’s Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC) (the city’s nonprofit) uses taxpayer money to pay childcares as “Independent Contractors.”
There are 1,715 daycares with a Philadelphia location city.
Many of these are UAC “Independent Contractors.”
UAC does not report embezzlement.
UAC does not report fraudulent invoicing.
UAC hires convicted child molesters.
UAC pays convicted murderers.
UAC failed to properly report, investigate, or address misconduct including sexual assault, child abuse, and threats of violence in UAC meetings.
UAC doxxed the reporter of fraud and sent armed goons after her and her family.
It is time to take a look at these places and report our findings to the Somali Scan team.

Amazing Kids Academy was fined by the DOL for not paying its workers!
They agreed to pay 49 its ripped off workers $37,166.13.
UAC placed underage youth (14 years old) as UAC employees, summer interns at a daycare where a baby’s finger was severed.

Two children reported that a man inappropriately touched a little girl on a field trip to City Hall supervised by UAC.
The children had photos of the pervert.
UAC sent the report to the mayor’s office; reportedly the mayor’s office sent their “condolences to the victim” and opted to do their own internal investigation.

There are 41 on Frankford AVE.
There are 33 daycares on N BROAD.

It is no surprise that Philadelphia dominates the street clusters count in PA.
