Dragonetti Act

The Dragonetti Act provides a mechanism for individuals in Pennsylvania to seek redress for baseless civil lawsuits, holding plaintiffs and their attorneys accountable when litigation is pursued without probable cause and for improper purposes. It emphasizes both protection against harassment and deterrence of frivolous legal actions.

Attorney Misconduct?

UAC intentionally misled the court – falsely claiming funds were electronically deposited to her and that 1099s were issued. UAC executives knew checks were mailed to her employer and no 1099s exist, as confirmed in EEOC filings by Malcolm Ingram – allegedly to hide income from child support, welfare obligations, and the IRS. These discrepancies raise serious credibility concerns and potential scrutiny from Pennsylvania’s disciplinary board.
