$1M CARES Act Award

The victim was made to work off-the-clock on a website by The Hierarchy for EGRM, a company Latoison refers to as one of his many business partners that sends him on missions to Africa. Latoison claims he is on a contract for a NASA mission in Africa as a security expert using his $35 HAMM radio certificates.
He and another City of Philadelphia executive have an EGRM email account as does a person with the same name and Gmail address of a man recently convicted of embezzlement.
The worker was told that the government used this website to determine EGRM’s ability to save lives with their miracle mystery surface spray, a sort of DDT-level COVID killer. The EGRM potion kills airborne COVID, even on outdoor surfaces, through rain and snow, for 30 days.

A $1M CARES Act deposit was reportedly made to fund this Covid PPE operation.
Oddly, the website seems to have been deleted once the check reportedly cleared.

Drones spraying venue surfaces with some miracle COVID-killer

Has anybody seen these nifty EGRM drones spraying down the Philadelphia Eagles football stadium or at a Taylor Swift concert?

Where are all these trucks? An alleged fleet of trucks the CARES Act reportedly paid for appears missing!!!! Did our military fighting for our freedom on the front lines and NASA get their COVID-19 “FREE HOME” tests from the Rescue Express?

The Hierarchy, the City of Philadelphia IT Director, and an embezzlement felon all have EGRM emails – make it make sense…
The Hierarchy also provides email services for IGYFashion.

HOW CAN THE SAME PEOPLE OF IGYFASHION ALSO BE THE SAME PEOPLE AT EGRM REPORTEDLY SCORING A $1M PPE CARES ACT AWARD?

MISSING MUSIC STUDIO

The unpaid programmer was included in Zoom meetings with The Hierarchy, UAC C-Suite, and D-Moet, who produces for P Diddy and Meek Mill. UAC Senior management attended as well. The programmer believes being told the music studio was funded by the Gun Violence Reduction Act grant UAC managed. The programmer worked with UAC C-Suite management to create an online reservation application for the at-risk City of Philadelphia youth to book the studio.
The programmer watched as D-Moet discussed the soundproof panels that needed to be ordered. Interestingly, The EGRM rapper Bree Z Lee has a long history with D-Moet as evidenced on her social media going back ten years. The dynamic NASCAR driver, singing, dancing, and acting phenomenon, professionally known as ‘BREE Z LEE’ is the same person who put together the promotional materials for the COVID $1M CARES Act website.
Upon inquiry, nobody seems to know who is using this studio. The reservation system does not seem to have been implemented. Has anybody’s kid been able to book the recording studio in Philadelphia? The studio might look something like this:

What was the COVID-19 EIDL Program?

The Targeted EIDL Advance provided funds of up to $10,000 to applicants whose business was located in a low-income community, could demonstrate more than a 30% reduction in revenue during eight weeks beginning on March 2, 2020, or later, and had 300 or fewer employees.

Why did The Hierarchy apply for and receive an IEDL Loan for The Hierarchy located in Delaware when UAC and Latoison claim The Hierarchy is located in PA? According to UAC legal, The Hierarchy does not issue 1099s to workers. Why would UAC legal condone The Hierarchy paying people under the table let alone with Federal Tax Dollars? Why is UAC cutting checks from taxpayer money to The Hierarchy when The Hierarchy and Jacques Latoison have tax judgments from the City of Philadelphia, the state of Delaware, and seemingly the IRS?

The Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) taken from 1/31/2020-4/3/2020, required a bank statement showing a deposit into the applicant’s business account.
The Hierarchy is on record reporting to the government that they are located in Delaware.

Applicants for the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) may have been eligible to receive up to $15,000 in funding from SBA that did not need to be repaid. These “advances” are similar to a grant but without the typical requirements of a U.S. government grant. The EIDL came with the opportunity to get a quick $10,000 advance feature. It was forgiven if the PPP loan application was denied.
