Why is the City of Philadelphia contracting The Hierarchy as a SOLE SOURCE minority vendor when the OEO knows The Hierarchy is not certified and has a decade-old judgment for not paying the City of Philadelphia business taxes?

It is illegal to fabricate employees, help desk teams, trainers, services provided, and qualifications of employees on a business website. Claiming to be disadvantaged minority-owned without distinguishing “self-certified” to secure unmerited advantages in the bidding process seems deceitful. Claiming to employ family members with zero credentials who seem to be paid off the books on contracts would be a red flag. Signing legal documents claiming not to be related to a family member to receive a financial award for doing business would be troubling. Let’s call Nev Schulman to meet this team at a local public park or the Bob’s to figure this out.

WORKING WITH NATO
Who knew that obtaining a $35 HAMM radio license or two qualifies people to be sent overseas to work for NATO as a security advisor? And I quote:
“(I) have obtained two FCC comms licenses and am working on another couple for the business…put The Hierarchy in a position to provide communication services. The NATO rep we’ve been working with is looking to send me overseas in July (2023)…When (UAC Help Desk) support tickets come in we’ll probably need a response to the effect of yada, yada, due to the current workload it might be hours before we can attend to your request… that sounds terrible …LOL…”
This is a NATO training ground?
And what is so comical about having nobody to answer UAC Help Desk tickets when taxpayers are paying The Hierarchy for the service while NATO is paying for a HAMM radio license graduate to work overseas? At the same time, the hierarchy does not pay the victim, and the victim is required to man the Help Desk. And The Hierarchy and Jacques Latoison are not paying their taxes?
