The Urban Affairs Coalition’s CAO Kevin Satterthwaite recommends The Hierarchy to its City of Philadelphia Program Partners as “one of the best IT companies in the region.”
The best at what? The best at tax evasion, embezzling taxpayer grant money, and billing for hours not worked?
The Hierarchy has 11 Federal Tax liens.
Is this the best sole-source, no-bid fake minority IT vendor Philadelphia has to offer?
UAC gave this vendor >$4M in business funded by tax dollars.
🤡 Actual The Hierarchy Website Capture 🤡
The Hierarchy is a one-man show with zero employees. “The Hierarchy” is located in DE. “The Hierarchy” was awarded a PPP loan to its DE address.
Stop pretending it is a PA company so it can be awarded taxpayer money to embezzle.

I am surprised Jacques Latoision does not claim he is disabled to gain favor on government contracts. He does, after all, suffer from Lieabetus.

Hating on the Caucasians

Jacques Latoison screams racism every time one of his invoices is late, like PHLpreK, pay or #CaucasianRic is awarded a contract Latoison believes he is entitled to. Kevin Swatterhaite folds – Kevin even requests additional funds The Hierarchy claims he needs to pay “his staff”. For Gawd sake, Malcolm Ingram knows The Hierarchy employs nobody.
The Great Pretender
Jacques Latoison claimed, in writing, to UAC CSuite that he is a “certified IT Professional”. 🤥🤥 A “Certified Information Technology Professional” (CITP) is a credential demonstrating expertise in the intersection of accounting and IT. It’s primarily offered by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and typically requires a valid CPA license and passing a CITP exam. The certification validates knowledge in areas like risk assessment, internal controls, and information security.
Latoison claims he is a Systems Engineer. Latoison claims he is a Project Manager and holds a PMP certification. Latoison claims he holds Boomer MCSE\MCP+I certifications. Latoison claims he is the founding partner and attorney for his brother’s criminal law firm. Latoison claims he is a certified Microsoft Service Provider and a Salesforce Certified Provider.
Does Jacques Latoison have an email address at Latoison Law as shown below? Jacques threatens everybody with his supposed law degree and his brother’s law firm.

Does anybody know if Jacques Latoison served in the military? Isn’t there a height requirement for military service? Can Latoison even ride the adult rollercoasters?

The Hierarchy Business Website of LIES!!!
It is illegal to fabricate information about employees, help desk teams, trainers, services offered, and employee qualifications on a business website. Claiming to be a disadvantaged minority-owned business without clearly stating “self-certified” to gain unearned advantages in the bidding process is misleading. Additionally, employing family members without proper credentials and appearing to pay them off the books raises significant concerns. Signing legal documents with Comcast while falsely stating that you are not related to your stepson to receive a financial award for business dealings is also troubling. We should consider contacting Nev Schulman to arrange a meeting with this team at a local public park or ask “the Bobs” to address these issues.
A tipster is telling us The Hierarchy had a woman named Valsilesseia Johnson on board. Hmmmm………
§ 4107. Deceptive or fraudulent business practices. (a) Offense defined (5) makes a false or misleading statement in any advertisement addressed to the public or a substantial segment thereof to promote the purchase or sale of property or services.
What Does Jacques Latoison Actually Do?
WORKING WITH NATO
Who knew that obtaining a $35 HAM radio license or two qualifies people to be sent overseas to work for NATO as a security advisor? And I quote:
“(I) have obtained two FCC comms licenses and am working on another couple for the business…put The Hierarchy in a position to provide communication services. The NATO rep we’ve been working with is looking to send me overseas in July (2023)…When (UAC Help Desk) support tickets come in we’ll probably need a response to the effect of yada, yada, due to the current workload it might be hours before we can attend to your request… that sounds terrible …LOL…”

Houdini
Nobody with a judgment to serve on Latoison can figure out where Jacques Latoison lives, where The Hierarchy is located, or even where Jacques Latoison works.
A rare sighting of Latoison in the wild popped up. He is studying for his $35 HAM radio license at the Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club.

NATO sent him to 🌍 Africa as a communications specialist with these licenses.

Is Latoison KC3VYU WRXB664 WRXA786 current on his membership dues?

What’s so amusing about having no one available to respond to the UAC Help Desk? Taxpayers are funding The Hierarchy for this service, while NATO is paying for someone with just a HAM radio license to work overseas. Meanwhile, The Hierarchy doesn’t even pay the one employee responsible for managing the Help Desk. And on top of that, neither The Hierarchy nor Jacques Latoison is paying their taxes?
I guess he does think it is funny.
