Jacques Latoison posts the UAC AD configuration information on free public websites.
Jesus Christ.

In twenty years, I have never programmed for any company that does not mark reports or databases as “Confidential”. Latoison even had me do a live demonstration of the EDP UAC database he hijacked to INTECH. Latoison had his kids partying on down at Spring Break, the Careware admin login credentials. For real.

the hierarchy hijacks uac edp databases
Latoison is consistently lying and only creating more problems for himself. He absurdly claims that the databases he hasn’t paid for violate the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA).
His only “trade secret” is being paid for hours nobody works and embezzling money originating from the PA General Fund without consequences.
He is hijacking UAC databases by burying them in larger invoices, which unfairly burdens taxpayers. At the same time, he’s billing contracts for COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software, which does not constitute “trade secrets.” Cohen Seglias’ assertion that he did not hijack UAC databases for personal gain is outright false. He concealed the cost of the database within a UAC invoice to FCL that included 25 other items, allowing it to go unnoticed. I was not compensated for this database because he insisted it was for The Hierarchy’s “new business” that I had to support so he could generate revenue independently from UAC. This trade secret is unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed.

carlos jones hijacks uac edp databases
How much of a trade secret can these UAC EDP databases be if Carlos Jones also hijacks and brands the UAC EDP databases for IEDS? Not only did Jones highjack the UAC EDP databases for IEDS, he had the programmer create a “vanilla version” for his use in other industries not UAC related.
Carlos Jones’ son worked on the IEDS spreadsheets when he was in undergrad; UAC paid him.
Theft of services plus hijacking UAC EDP databases, wow!
Perhaps UAC needs to better define “trade secret”.

This is the IEDS version of the database Carlos Jones had me train his IEDS staff on; he and UAC fired me and never paid for the database: copyright infringement and theft of services.

Carlos Jones also had me create a generic version of the contract compliance database so he could use it for other lines of business outside of UAC. I am looking for that work; another database he stole from UAC and did not pay me for my work.
#TurtleneckTurner and fake UAC EDP executive Carlos Jones were interviewed by the media about this contract compliance database, explaining the eighth-grade level math.

You can bet your ass if a Black person’s pay was stolen, UAC would have taken action.
Every single Black person who has had a payment issue was paid. They laugh at the Caucasians that they steal from.

Says fake UAC EDP executive Carlos Jones, who stole six weeks of labor from an old white lady and did not report felony embezzlement of money originating from taxpayers. He promised her an eight-year contract. What a POS.
Screw her, he got the databases to run his private for-profit company for free!

The Hierarchy Under the Table “Employees”
Jacques Latoison claims these friends and family members, plus his wife Lisa, work under the table for him. Malcolm Ingram confirms The Hierarchy is a pay-under-the-table joint. None of them presumably have an NDA. His stepson, with selective amnesia, programmed the UAC EDP databases. There must have been five copies of that failed database distributed for the shitshow Comcast data entry disaster used by eight other random people.
Who the hell is the “other talent” on call? When these people find out how much Latoison was paid for their work and he threw them scraps, you can bet the “trade secrets” will flow. One of these is the wife of the stepson with selective amnesia.

How can UAC accept “The Hierarchy” Consultant/Contractor agreements that violate UAC policy? The Hierarchy was required to have insurance; we are told UAC is The Hierarchy’s insurer for embezzlement.
